To book your accommodation during the conference:
1 - Click on the button below "start registration".
2 - Fill in the "Participant" field with name and surname. If you are 2 people, check "Will the participant be accompanied?" then fill in the name + first name of the accompanying person then click on the red button "Register the participant(s)".
3 - Your room is then selected, the global rate for the 3 nights appears for each hotel proposed
4- Select your hotel by clicking on "Book".
5- Check the names of the participants and click on "Add to cart"
6- Follow the payment instructions
Notes: Only one room can be booked at a time for 3 nights. Rates include accommodation with breakfast and tourist tax
Room reservation requests will be fulfilled according to availability.
The payment of the total amount of the file is required at the time of the reservation.
